In this 2-days long workshop, we will explore dance through three key phases:
A first part focused on movement, aiming to enhance your dance skills while respecting your unique style.
An improvisation phase seamlessly integrating theatrical elements, transforming movement into a potent form of artistic communication.
Concluding with choreographic work, we will play with learned vocabulary, fostering profound body awareness.
Performers, actors, dancers, and those with a foundation in movement are welcome.
